It cant just be me… but inevitably every time I walk through the beauty department of a department store, I am introduced to a new product I end up getting suckered into buying. Maybe I just have that look on my face. You know, the Beauty Product SUCKER look. Anyhow… this week I was convinced that I needed to purchase the new Sisley Exfoliating Enzyme Mask. First word that caught my attention was ENZYME. I am currently really into skincare with enzymes. Why you ask?
First, lets start by understanding that enzymes are an incredible ingredient for skin care! there are countless benefits from using enzymes…
- Reduce Redness
- Diminish Acne Scars
- Safe for Sensitive Skin
- Smooth Skin Texture
- DNA Repair
- Cell Renewal
- Radiance Boosting
- Gentle Exfoliating
Enzymes are basically proteins that help to renew your skin and promote healthy and gentle cell turnover. This means beautiful, youthful, glowing skin without the harsh reactions to more harsh ingredients. In the Sisley Exfoliating Enzyme Mask, the active enzyme is Papain which comes from the papaya fruit. So this mask can be used by all skin types, even those with sensitive skin.
Next, let’s talk about the scent! The smell of the mask is great! That was the first thing that grabbed my attention. Smells like a spa. preparation is easy, it is a powder mask that you mix with water to create a milky texture. Total time is 1 minute! WOW. Yo have to love any facial treatment that can get you results that fast. Cost? Well it is pricey… total cost is $135.00 so it is something that you want to commit to as it is not cheap.
Overall, I bought the mask went home and tried it. I really liked it. I love the smell, I love the easy prep, and I loved that my skin did feel cleaner and softer afterwards. Mostly love that it takes one minute so its fast and effective.
last, lets cover the complete ingredient list: Hydroxypropyl Starch Phosphate, Cellulose, Sodium Cocoyl Glycinate, Aqua/water/eau, Silica, Sodium Methyl Cocoyl Taurate, Niacinamide, Maltodextrin, Titanium Dioxide (Ci 77891), Xanthan Gum, Papain, Lavandula Angustifolia (Lavender) Oil, Thymus Mastichina Flower Oil, Sodium Surfactin, Guar Hydroxypropyltrimonium Chloride, Hydrogenated Lecithin, Linalool, Limonene.
